Tres Porcs – Naturalment Bruts 2023 Magnum

Tres Porcs 2023 Magnum by Celler Frisach, Oriol Artigas and Celler Tuets.

A collaborative skin-contact white made for sharing, produced each year by three natural winemakers in Catalonia: Celler Frisach in Terra Alta, Oriol Artigas in coastal Alella and Celler Tuets in Tarragona. Each brings one grape variety; each takes a turn vinifying the blend. The 2023 saw seven days of whole-bunch maceration followed by ten months of oxidative aging on its fine lees.

Tres Porcs 2023 features:

• Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo), Garnacha Blanca and Parellada – Catalonia, Spain
• 1500ml Magnum
• Zero-zero: no sulphur added during or after fermentation
• Notes of tropical fruit, fresh grapefruit, salt and mineral freshness
