Made by three friends – Diogo (sommelier), Guilherme (farmer) and Luís (nurse) – who founded Vinhos Aprt3 in Lisbon in 2018. Ambar is an orange wine from Moscatel de Setúbal and Moscatel Roxo – two aromatic Portuguese varieties – fermented on their skins with native yeasts for an amber-coloured, textured and deeply aromatic wine.

Vinhos Aprt3 Ambar Orange features:

• Moscatel de Setúbal and Moscatel Roxo – aromatic skin-contact wine.
• Native yeast fermentation; amber colour, texture and depth from skin contact.
• Unfined and unfiltered. No or minimal added sulphites.
• Made by Vinhos Aprt3 – Lisbon-based natural wine project, founded 2018.
