1. Shipping Zones
We offer two shipping zones depending on the product type:
- Luxembourg only: All products, including wines and alcoholic beverages, are available for delivery within Luxembourg.
- European Union: All products except wines and alcoholic beverages can be shipped across the EU. This restriction is due to regulations governing the cross-border sale of alcohol.
2. Carriers
We ship via DPD or FedEx depending on your location and order type.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
5. In-Store Pickup
We offer a free in-store pickup option. Orders can be collected during our store opening hours only. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
