Made at Němčičky in South Moravia, where Richard Stávek runs a small family biodynamic farm – vineyards, orchards, fields and animals together. Fully organic since 2009. Veselý means happy, and it shows: a rosé blend of Blaufränkisch, Portugieser and St. Laurent, foot-crushed, whole-cluster fermented, then aged ten months in local acacia barrels.

Veselý features:

• Blaufränkisch, Portugieser and St. Laurent; Moravia, Czechia.
• Foot-crushed, whole-cluster fermentation; 10 months in acacia barrels; minimal filtration.
• Highly fragrant – sour plum, cranberry and rose.
• 750ml.
• 12.5% ABV.
