Made by Paul Zahlen in Stadtbredimus on the Luxembourg Moselle. An orange wine – white grapes fermented with extended skin contact to extract colour, tannin and texture. Amber in the glass, with the grip of a red and the freshness of a white. Low intervention.

Pauls Orange features:

• Orange wine – extended skin-contact fermentation on white grapes.
• Amber colour; tannin, texture and stone fruit from the maceration.
• Low intervention; minimal added sulphites.
