Made by Paul Zahlen on the Luxembourg Moselle, from a winery he started in 2021. This Pinot Gris pétillant naturel is bottled before fermentation completes, trapping a gentle natural sparkle in the bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, low intervention.

Pauls Pétnat features:

• Pinot Gris.
• Pétillant naturel – bottled mid-fermentation, no added dosage or disgorgement.
• Unfined and unfiltered; lively and light in the glass.
• Made by Paul Zahlen; vineyards in the Stadtbredimus commune.
• No or minimal added sulphites.
• 750ml.
• 11% ABV.
