Made by Paul Zahlen in Stadtbredimus on the Luxembourg Moselle, a domaine he started in 2021. This pétillant naturel is bottled before fermentation completes, trapping a gentle natural sparkle in the bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, low intervention.
