Duckman – also known as João Pato – is the project Maria João Pato started in 2018 with her father Luís Pato in Bairrada, named for her grandfather João Pato. Blablablabla is Baga, the great tannic grape of the region, worked in a natural, low-intervention style: wild fermentation, minimal additives, honest fruit. The name says it all – sometimes wine doesn't need a story, it just needs to be good.

Blablablabla features:

• Baga from Bairrada, Portugal.
• Wild fermentation; natural, minimal-intervention winemaking.
• Dark fruit, firm acidity and grippy tannin – classic Bairrada character.
• Made by Maria João Pato and Luís Pato. No or minimal added sulphites.
• 750ml.
• 9% ABV.
