Made by three friends – Diogo (sommelier), Guilherme (farmer) and Luís (nurse) – who founded Vinhos Aprt3 in 2018, based at Costa da Caparica just south of Lisbon. Their "winemaking on wheels" approach takes them across Portugal each harvest. Monda Tinto is a selection from the best of each vintage, drawn from the country's most interesting red wine terroirs. Wild fermentation, unfined, unfiltered.
