Made by Julien Albertus at Jeux de vins – a 15-hectare organically farmed estate in Alsace. Julien came to the domaine via biodynamic pioneer Valentin Zusslin and converted the vineyards to organic farming, with minimal tilling and natural cover cropping. A un moment donné – "at a given moment" – is a wine that captures the spontaneous spirit of the project: Alsatian varieties, wild fermentation, no rush.
