Jeux de vins is the négoce Julien Albertus started in 2020 from a small cellar on the edge of Rosheim, alongside his work as the winemaker at Domaine Kumpf et Meyer. He works only with organic and biodynamic growers who farm wonderful fruit but don't make wine themselves. A un moment donné – "at a given moment" – captures the spontaneous spirit of the project: 100% Pinot Noir, wild fermentation, no rush.
