Made by Valter and Mojca Kobal at Dolanci, in the upper Branica Valley where the Karst meets the Vipava Hills. A gourmand, aromatic white blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Muškat – named to flag its non-native grape varieties. Light and elegant, with soft acidity.

• Blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Muškat.
• Aromatic white blend; Dolanci, upper Branica Valley, Slovenia.
• Spontaneous fermentation; bottled in an approachable, youthful style.
• Notes of dried apricot, orange blossom and pine resin.
