Made by Régis Boucabeille at Corneilla-la-Rivière in Roussillon – a 21-hectare organic estate farming the schist hillsides of the Força Real massif, certified organic since 2008. Les Orris blanc comes from the same slate-rich parcels as the rouge, bringing the terroir's mineral energy and natural freshness to a textured, aromatic white wine.
