A juicy, light red from South Tyrol – Zweigelt and Pinot Noir from gravelly quartz phyllite soils, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented with 10% whole bunches. Aged in large used acacia and oak barrels. Unfiltered, minimal sulfur.
