Made in Rosheim, Alsace by Kumpf & Meyer – a 15-hectare estate working 70 parcels across five communes under biodynamic principles, adding no sulphites. Infrarouge is their Pinot Noir: a red wine from Alsace, where the grape thrives on the foothills of the Vosges and produces wines with lightness, spice and a precise red-fruit character.
