Made by Paul Zahlen on the Luxembourg Moselle. A blanc de noir – white wine pressed gently from red-skinned grapes, retaining no colour but gaining the texture and structure that the Pinot family brings. Fresh, mineral and characterful.

• Pinot-based; structured and mineral from the Luxembourg Moselle.
