Fedora – Goli Breg Red 2021

A spirited Slovenian blend of Merlot (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Refosco (25%). This “cheerful red” is spontaneously fermented and macerated for 30 days before aging 12 months in old oak barrels, bottled with minimal added sulfur. It displays a deep violet colour and intense aromas of ripe raspberries, strawberries, and black fruits. The palate is full, juicy, and fresh with a velvety texture. Ideal with beef, venison, or mature cheese.
