Medium Roast by White Noise Tea.

White Noise is a speciality loose leaf tea company working with single-origin teas in small seasonal batches, mainly from Yunnan, with nothing blended or flavoured and harvest dates marked on every box.

Medium Roast features:

• Spring 2024 Ben Shan oolong from Anxi, Fujian, roasted low and slow for over 10 hours.
• Notes of toasted hazelnut and burnt sugar, with charred grain, warm caramel, soft coffee wood and clotted cream.
• To brew: 5g of tea to 100ml of water at 90 to 95°C, steeped for 30 to 60 seconds and re-steeped several times.
• Ingredients: oolong tea.
• 35g box.
