White Noise is a speciality loose leaf tea company working with single-origin teas in small seasonal batches, mainly from Yunnan, with nothing blended or flavoured and harvest dates marked on every box.

Laoshan Green features:

• Spring 2025 green tea picked in April from small gardens near Qingdao on China's eastern coast, where the bushes are protected from frost in the coldest months.
• Notes of sugar snap pea, buckwheat and spring herbs, with roasted chestnut, light miso broth and a mineral finish. Bright green in the cup and fuller-bodied than many green teas.
• To brew: 5g of tea to 100ml of water at 80 to 85°C, steeped for 30 to 60 seconds and re-steeped several times. Western style: 1g per 100ml for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Ingredients: green tea.
• 35g box.
