Made by three friends – Diogo (sommelier), Guilherme (farmer) and Luís (nurse) – who founded Vinhos Aprt3 in 2018, based at Costa da Caparica just south of Lisbon. Their "winemaking on wheels" approach takes them across Portugal each harvest. Monda Branco is their white – a selection from the best of each vintage, drawn from the country's diverse white wine terroirs. Wild fermentation, unfined, unfiltered.
