Made by three friends – Diogo (sommelier), Guilherme (farmer) and Luís (nurse) – who founded Vinhos Aprt3 in Lisbon in 2018. Their "winemaking on wheels" approach takes them across Portugal each harvest. Gen3sis a Origem is the project's origin in a glass: native grapes, wild fermentation, minimal intervention – a return to what wine was before it was engineered.
