Made by three friends – Diogo (sommelier), Guilherme (farmer) and Luís (nurse) – who founded Vinhos Aprt3 in 2018, based at Costa da Caparica just south of Lisbon. Gen3sis a Origem is the project's origin in a glass: native grapes, wild fermentation, minimal intervention – a return to what wine was before it was engineered.
