Conserverie Sillon is an artisanal cannery in Toulouse. This condiment puts the warmth of ginger against roasted peanuts, with a point of chilli to wake it up. Rounded rather than sharp, and built to be spooned onto everyday cooking.

Ginger, Cacahuète features:

• Ginger and peanuts in sunflower oil with shallots and garlic.
• 11.9% peanuts, with sesame, sweet and salted soy sauce, rice vinegar and lemon zest.
• Good on noodles, roast vegetables, chicken, tofu or rice, and as a dip.
• 180g jar. Contains peanuts, sesame and soy.
