Conserverie Sillon is an artisanal cannery in Toulouse whose pork meatballs are made in the Tarn, using the whole animal rather than a single cut. This version is a collaboration with Swet, a Belgian hot sauce maker, and it carries real heat.

Boulettes de Feu features:

• Pork meatballs cooked in their own pork broth with Swet hot sauce.
• Made in the Tarn, using every part of the pig.
