Conserverie Sillon is an artisanal cannery in Toulouse. Their duck recipes come out of Occitanie, where the birds are raised, and the legs are cooked slowly in their own fat until the meat pulls apart. A South-West classic, served simply with potatoes or seasonal vegetables.
