Shwung was started in Ghent by Milan and Simon, who met as bioengineering students. Its drinks are what the brand calls phonetic wines: built from botanicals, juices and fermentation, and alcohol-free from start to finish, never de-alcoholised wine. Vehr Mut Ros Soh is its take on a rosé vermouth.

Vehr Mut Ros Soh features:

• A 0% proxy vermouth in the red aperitivo style: herbal, sweet and smooth with a touch of bitter.
• Shwung suggests 10cl over ice, topped with Spuh Man Tay for a spritz, or in a non-alcoholic Negroni-style drink. It pairs with cured, fermented or dried foods such as prosciutto, jamón ibérico, aged cheeses, olives and nuts.
• Ingredients: botanical infusion (water, tulsi, hibiscus flowers, rosemary extract), fermented pineapple juice, cane sugar, white vinegar, plant extracts and distillates, Shwung culture.
• Keeps for 2 weeks once opened.
• 75cl. 0% ABV.
