Shwung was started in Ghent by Milan and Simon, who met as bioengineering students. Its drinks are what the brand calls phonetic wines: built from botanicals, juices and fermentation, and alcohol-free from start to finish, never de-alcoholised wine. Spuh Man Tay is its take on a sparkling spumante.

Spuh Man Tay features:

• A sparkling 0% alcohol drink styled on traditional-method sparkling wine.
• Fresh and floral with fine, elegant bubbles: elderflower on the nose, citrus zest and herbal flowers on the palate, and a creamy finish.
• Ingredients: water, grape juice, tartaric acid, malic acid, glycerol, vinegar, plant extracts and distillates, yeast, tannin, saffron.
• Shwung suggests oysters or seafood, or enjoying it on its own.
• 75cl. 0% ABV.
