Shwung was started in Ghent by Milan and Simon, who met as bioengineering students. Its drinks are what the brand calls phonetic wines: built from botanicals, juices and fermentation, and alcohol-free from start to finish, never de-alcoholised wine. Or Anj is its take on an orange wine.

Or Anj features:

• A 0% proxy wine styled on an orange natural wine, made without grapes.
• Notes of cedarwood, chilli flakes, orange zest, pepper, vanilla and cooked apricot.
• Ingredients: botanical infusion (water, juniper berries, black pepper, cedarwood, chilli pepper), fermented pineapple juice, glycerol, Shwung culture.
• Keeps for 2 weeks once opened.
• 75cl. 0% ABV.
