Ruvido – Tombola

Tombola by Ruvido.

Ruvido is an independent bean-to-bar project started in February 2025 by Mattia Intorre and Giulia Mandalà, produced in the province of Milan. Tombola takes its name from the Italian game played after festive family lunches, and the bar leans the same way: raisins with an alcoholic note close to rum, and a panettone-like aftertaste that lifts it.

Tombola features:

• Two ingredients only: 75% single-origin cocoa beans and cane sugar, with no added cocoa butter.
• Mexico Agua Escondida, 2025 harvest.
• Tasting notes of raisins and rum.
• Cover artwork by Savour Duo, Stefania Zanetti and Matteo Bellomo. 50g resealable pack.
