Ruvido – Spark Drinking Chocolate

Spark Drinking Chocolate by Ruvido.

Ruvido is an independent bean-to-bar project started in February 2025 by Mattia Intorre and Giulia Mandalà, produced in the province of Milan. This is the Spark chocolate ground into a powder that dissolves without help, made from the same 2024 Bejofo Estate cacao and nothing else but cane sugar. It is built to work hot or cold, with milk or with water, and holds its character either way.

Spark Drinking Chocolate features:

• Powdered chocolate of 75% single-origin cocoa beans and cane sugar, with no added cocoa butter.
• Madagascar Bejofo, 2024 harvest, Trinitario and Criollo beans recognised as Heirloom Cacao by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund.
• Tasting notes of mandarin and cashew.
• 30g per 240ml cup, steamed with milk or dissolved in boiling water as a chocolate shot. 160g tin.
