Ruvido – Malmö Drinking Chocolate

Malmö Drinking Chocolate by Ruvido.

Ruvido is an independent bean-to-bar project started in February 2025 by Mattia Intorre and Giulia Mandalà, produced in the province of Milan. This is the Malmö chocolate ground into a powder that dissolves without help, made from the same 2026 Peru Cuencas cacao and nothing else but cane sugar. It is built to work hot or cold, with milk or with water, and holds its character either way.

Malmö Drinking Chocolate features:

• Powdered chocolate of 75% single-origin cocoa beans and cane sugar, with no added cocoa butter.
• Peru Cuencas, 2026 harvest, from an association of around 500 organic fair trade growers in San Martín.
• Tasting notes of cinnamon and ginger.
• 30g per 240ml cup, steamed with milk or dissolved in boiling water as a chocolate shot. 160g tin.
