Ruvido – Malmö

Malmö by Ruvido.

Ruvido is an independent bean-to-bar project started in February 2025 by Mattia Intorre and Giulia Mandalà, produced in the province of Milan. Malmö is made from 2026 cacao from Cuencas del Huallaga in San Martín, Peru, an association of around 500 growers working at about 300 metres along the Huallaga river, producing organic fair trade cacao with geolocated traceability for every member's harvest.

Malmö features:

• Two ingredients only: 75% single-origin cocoa beans and cane sugar, with no added cocoa butter.
• Peru Cuencas, 2026 harvest, hybrids ICS 95 and CCN51, centralised fermentation and open sun drying on cement patios.
• Tasting notes of cinnamon and ginger.
• Rough texture from refining for under 12 hours, around half the usual industry time. 50g resealable pack.
