Conny Pet'Nat Rosé 2023

Conny 2023 is a lightly sparkling rosé made using the "metodo ancestrale." This Italian wine, crafted from Zweigelt and Pinot Noir grapes grown on gravelly quartz phyllite soils, is spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle with fresh grape must, resulting in a fresh, fruity, and juicy sparkling wine with light perlage. It is not disgorged, retaining the yeast sediment for added freshness.
