Pauls Orange by Pauls.

Made by Paul Zahlen on the Luxembourg Moselle. An orange wine – 100% Pinot Blanc fermented with extended skin contact to extract colour, tannin and texture. Amber in the glass, with the grip of a red and the freshness of a white. Low intervention.

Pauls Orange features:

• 100% Pinot Blanc.
• Orange wine – extended skin-contact fermentation.
• Amber colour; tannin, texture and stone fruit from the maceration.
• Low intervention; minimal added sulphites.
• Made by Paul Zahlen; vineyards in the Stadtbredimus commune.
• 750ml.
• 10.5% ABV.
