Pastificio Fiorillo – Spaghettoni

Spaghettoni by Pastificio Fiorillo.

A thicker version of spaghetti, made in Vibo Valentia, Calabria, from Italian-grown and milled durum wheat semolina. Fiorillo uses bronze dies and slow low-temperature drying, giving each strand the body to hold up to bold, long-cooked sauces.

Spaghettoni features:

• Bronze die extrusion for a rough, porous surface.
• Slow low-temperature drying, up to 30 hours.
• Extra thickness holds up to bold preparations: vongole, aglio e olio, slow-simmered tomato.
