Made in Vibo Valentia, Calabria – the home of fileja, the region's traditional twisted pasta. Fiorillo uses Italian-grown and milled durum wheat semolina, extrudes it through bronze dies and dries it slowly at low temperatures for a rough, porous surface that holds sauce.

Fileja features:

• Extruded through bronze dies for maximum surface texture.
• Slow low-temperature drying, up to 30 hours.
