A monocultivar extra virgin olive oil made entirely from Bio Orto's own Peranzana olive trees on the Gargano in Puglia. Medium fruitiness with a balanced bitter-spicy character; the nose carries scents of unripe tomato, aromatic herbs and artichoke.
