Grown on the slopes of the Gargano in Puglia, hand-harvested, briefly blanched and hand-peeled before being preserved in water and salt. Bio Orto keeps the ingredient list to three – tomatoes, water and salt – so the flavour of the freshly picked fruit comes through directly.
