Made by Daphnis and Chloe, an Athens-based herbs and spices brand founded in 2013. Their Greek Mountain Tea (Sideritis) comes from an organic farm near Grevena in Northern Greece, where a rare green and purple-hued variety is cultivated – one with a higher concentration of flavonoids, antioxidants and phenolic compounds than commercially grown rivals. Sold as a whole dried bouquet.
