Niños 2023 is a red blend (80% Carignan, 20% Grenache Noir) from Fraissé-des-Corbières. Grown on clay-limestone soils with organic practices, the wine is whole-cluster macerated for 12 days and aged 6 months in demi-muids. This 850-bottle production offers increased maturity and complexity.
