Luis Pato – Rosa Duck

Made by João Pato in Bairrada, Portugal – son of the legendary Luis Pato and steward of the region's two great native grapes: Baga for reds, Bical for whites. Rosa Duck is a rosé from Baga, pressed lightly for pale colour and fresh fruit. Natural, minimal intervention, no fuss.

Rosa Duck features:

• 100% Baga, lightly pressed rosé – pale, fresh, dry.
• Bairrada DOC, Portugal; native variety, low intervention.
• Bright red fruit, crisp acidity, clean finish.
• No or minimal added sulphites. Serve chilled.
