Duckman – also known as João Pato – is the project Maria João Pato started in 2018 with her father Luís Pato in Bairrada, named for her grandfather João Pato. Rosa Duck is a rosé from Baga, pressed lightly for pale colour and fresh fruit. Natural, minimal intervention, no fuss.

Rosa Duck features:

• 100% Baga, lightly pressed rosé – pale, fresh, dry.
• Bairrada, Portugal; indigenous variety, low intervention.
• Bright red fruit, crisp acidity, clean finish.
• Made by Maria João Pato and Luís Pato. No or minimal added sulphites. Serve chilled.
• 750ml.
• 11.5% ABV.
