Made in Bairrada, Portugal by the Pato family – stewards of the region's native grapes. Quaaaq Quaaaq is a white wine from 20-year-old vines on chalky-clay and sandy soils, hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously in chestnut and French oak, then aged six months on lees and a further six months in cask and stainless steel. Textured and expressive.
