Made by João Pato in Bairrada, Portugal – son of the legendary Luis Pato and steward of the region's two great native grapes: Baga for reds, Bical for whites. Maria Duck is a Bical-based white – crisp, aromatic and mineral, named with the warm informality that runs through the whole Duck series.
