Duckman – also known as João Pato – is the project Maria João Pato started in 2018 with her father Luís Pato in Bairrada, named for her grandfather João Pato. The fruit comes from two vineyards: Amoreira da Gândara on sand, and Óis do Bairro on chalky clay. Maria Duck is a Bical-based white – crisp, aromatic and mineral.
