Wild blueberries, hand-sorted to keep only whole, undamaged fruit, cooked into a confiture with a deep, dark sweetness. Made in small batches in Burgundy's Morvan National Park since 1982.

• More fruit, less sugar: 55% fruit, 45% unrefined cane sugar.
