Confiture d'Abricot by La Trinquelinette.

Bergeron apricots, hand-sorted and pitted to remove any damaged fruit, cooked into a confiture that keeps their bright, sun-warmed flavour. Made in small batches in Burgundy's Morvan National Park since 1982.

Confiture d'Abricot features:

• Bergeron apricots, hand-sorted and pitted.
• More fruit, less sugar: 55% fruit, 45% unrefined cane sugar.
• Cooked in a copper basin. Small-batch, no additives. Morvan National Park, Burgundy. Since 1982.
• 370g jar.
