Made in Rosheim, Alsace by Kumpf & Meyer – a 15-hectare biodynamic estate across 70 parcels and five communes, with no added sulphites. Y a plus qu'à blends Sylvaner and Auxerrois with skin contact, turning two of Alsace's quieter varieties into something textured, mineral and quietly compelling. The name – "there's nothing left to do but…" – does the talking.
