Made by Julien Albertus at Jeux de vins – a 15-hectare organically farmed estate in Alsace. Voilà is an aromatic white blend of Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Auxerrois and Sylvaner – four varieties that pull the full aromatic range of Alsace into a single wine, aged in foudre for texture and integration. No added sulphites.
