Jeux de vins is the négoce Julien Albertus started in 2020 from a small cellar on the edge of Rosheim, alongside his work as the winemaker at Domaine Kumpf et Meyer. He buys fruit only from organic and biodynamic growers who farm well but don't vinify themselves. Voilà is an aromatic white blend of Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Auxerrois and Sylvaner – four varieties that pull the full aromatic range of Alsace into a single wine, aged in foudre for texture and integration.

Voilà 2024 features:

• Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Auxerrois and Sylvaner – the Alsatian aromatic spectrum.
• Aged in foudre for texture and integration.
• Spontaneous fermentation; minimal sulphur at bottling, no other additions.
• Made by Julien Albertus, Jeux de vins, Rosheim, Alsace.
• 750ml.
• 13% ABV.
