Jeux de vins is the négoce Julien Albertus started in 2020 from a small cellar on the edge of Rosheim, alongside his work as the winemaker at Domaine Kumpf et Meyer. Dans la peau is a skin-contact white field blend (complantation) from the Kastelweg vineyard: fermented on the grape skins for extended colour, tannin and aromatic complexity. A textured, amber-tinged expression of Alsatian terroir.

• Field blend (complantation), Kastelweg vineyard, Alsace.
• Extended maceration; amber colour, tannin and depth.
• Organically farmed fruit; minimal sulphur at bottling, no other additions.
• Made by Julien Albertus, Jeux de vins, Rosheim, Alsace.
• 750ml.
• 12.5% ABV.
