Jeux de vins is the négoce Julien Albertus started in 2020 from a small cellar on the edge of Rosheim, alongside his work as the winemaker at Domaine Kumpf et Meyer. He buys fruit only from organic and biodynamic growers who farm well but don't vinify themselves, then translates it in the cellar. Ça va le faire blends Pinot Gris, Riesling and Auxerrois – three of Alsace's core whites in one wine, with a freshness that makes it effortlessly drinkable. "It'll do the job" – and it will.

Ça va le faire 2024 features:

• Pinot Gris, Riesling and Auxerrois from organically farmed Alsace vineyards.
• Spontaneous fermentation; minimal sulphur at bottling, no other additions.
• Fresh, mineral and textured – three varieties in natural balance.
