Gimlet makes cordials, naturally fermented vinegars and cider at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, London, and grows much of its fruit in Somerset. It also runs Gimlet Bar, a portable bar for hire.

Somerset Cider Vinegar features:

• Made from cider apples grown near Cheddar in Somerset, pressed in-house each year from the same orchard. Cider apples give a deep flavour, subtle tannins and a fresh apple finish.
• A natural mother culture may form in the bottle over time.
• Use in salad dressings or for deglazing pans, or mix with sparkling water.
• 50cl bottle. Made in the UK.

Allergens: may contain sulphites, not added but occurring naturally through fermentation.
