Pineapple & Bay Cordial by Gimlet Drinks.

Gimlet makes cordials, naturally fermented vinegars and cider at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, London, and grows much of its fruit in Somerset. It also runs Gimlet Bar, a portable bar for hire.

Pineapple & Bay Cordial features:

• Fresh pineapple juice, bay leaf oil and a vinegar made from pineapple husks.
• Ingredients: pineapple juice (52%), sugar, pineapple vinegar, infused bay leaves. Contains fruit pulp and bay leaf pieces.
• Pairs well with white, amber or dark rum. For a non-alcoholic serve, dilute to taste over plenty of ice with sparkling water or tonic, a splash of lime juice and mint.
• No artificial additives, preservatives or stabilisers. Made by hand in the UK.
• 50cl bottle.

Allergens: may contain sulphites, not added but occurring naturally through fermentation.
