Gimlet makes cordials, naturally fermented vinegars and cider at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, London, and grows much of its fruit in Somerset. It also runs Gimlet Bar, a portable bar for hire.

Ginger, Lemon & Thyme Cordial features:

• Restorative and refreshing: upfront but not aggressive ginger spiciness, turmeric, fresh thyme and a sharp kick of lemon vinegar.
• Ingredients: water, sugar, lemon vinegar, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, infused thyme.
• Try a non-alcoholic Moscow Mule: mix with fresh lime juice, soda or ginger ale and a dash of bitters. Or a gentian spritz with a dash of Suze, sparkling water and fresh sweet cicely.
• No artificial additives, preservatives or stabilisers. Made by hand in the UK.
• 50cl bottle.
