Gimlet Drinks – Cherry Cordial (50cl)

Cherry Cordial by Gimlet Drinks.

Gimlet makes cordials, naturally fermented vinegars and cider at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, London, and grows much of its fruit in Somerset. It also runs Gimlet Bar, a portable bar for hire.

Cherry Cordial features:

• Dark, rich and full of complex cherry flavour: black cherries give a chocolatey body, sour cherries a classic maraschino note, and Gimlet lemon vinegar balances the acidity.
• Ingredients: water, sugar, black cherries, sour cherries, Gimlet lemon vinegar, infused lemon peel, verbena leaf. Contains fruit pulp and seeds.
• Mix into a Manhattan or Tom Collins, or make a non-alcoholic serve with orange bitters and ginger ale, lemon tonic or sparkling water.
• No artificial additives, preservatives or stabilisers. Made by hand in the UK.
• 50cl bottle.

Allergens: contains sulphites, not added but occurring naturally through fermentation.
